Tidal were instructed to complete the soft strip and refurbishment of this historic building that would become a busy hotel in Ipswich Town Centre, one of the Easy Hotel chains.
Tidal hoarded the designated areas and began works, first diverting utilities and then carrying out the extensive soft strip over a 12 week period.
Structural waterproofing commenced, followed by a full interiors package, including but not limited to, re-configuration brickwork, suspended ceilings, MetSec, drylining, plastering and finishes.
A full circle project, where Tidal managed each trade and programme to complete this high spec project for our client.
