Grain House

In central London amongst busy Covent Garden, Tidal have been working within tight delivery and noise parameters to complete the basement works at Grain House, for John F Hunt.

Previously a commercial unit, the building is being converted into Offices for rent, finished to Category A Fit out.

Tidal were instructed by John F Hunt to install a Sika Waterproofing System to the basement. After shotblasting the steels and sealing them with a fire proof primer, Tidal commenced with the builders works, this included brick and concrete repair, before the Sika system was successfully installed to the walls and floor as per design.
